The 2 small washers have some corrosion on them so I would have to say they are not from the gear box. I guess they have to be from the Suspension. The big washer has and ID of 30mm, i don't remember anything that big?! The the 2 front arms i did put the 2 fender washers in.
I did have the gear box apart also. Could you use the exploded parts view and tell me what number you are talking about? I also changed my exhaust donuts so it could be from that also.
I just looked at the parts break down and no they are not the washers. I usaly assembel any bolts with nuts after I take them out and I see that, that bolt only has one washer and it's bigger and I did put that back on.
After i changed my track i hve these parts leftover. Can anyone help in what they could be for? The large washer is an ID of 30mm and it seems to big for the clutch shaft. HELP!
Thanks guys just got it all back in. I used your tricks of unhooking the transfer rod and the shock but still had such a hard time. Then I noticed that I didn't losen the rear axle! :o|
Any body have a good trick to getting the rear suspension back in the sled. I just changed my track and having a hell of a time getting it back in. :o|
Ok mine was grinding and tought it needed to be adjusted. Found that the pivot bolt was loose. Fixed that and still have grinding. Now even with the pivot bolt tight it has a little slop in it. I have adjusted out all the looseness out other then the slop in the pivot and still have grinding in...
