Yes it is possible. I moved the front mounting hole foward 2 ". I have already replaced stock rear brackets with homemade alum. Measure from front hole back 32" and drill hole for rear mount.Top of upper rear idler wheel was flush with bottom of running board. ;)!

I have the same problem with O2 sensor, using Bosch 17014. $92 @ Bumper to Bumper. Hooped in 30 miles. Would it last longer if I only used for tuning then cut power to it or would I have to remove it & store out of exhaust ?

Maybe change of plans, found a 159 x 16 x 2.3 2.52 pitch ported track from 07 summit X, will it be hard to fit to 04 Rx tunnel ?

I have a line on a 159 x 15 x 2 " camoplast to replace stock 151 on my s/c RX MTN. Will I notice an improvement or am I wasting time and money. Have a nytro susp with offset axel rolled forward to accept the stock 151. will roll axle back and move susp back 1.5 " if needed.

I have glasspack under tunnel exhaust. Cheap Walker 2"inlet 2"outlet, bought at auto parts store for $25. Got rid of 28lbs of junk from rear. Room for molded skidoo gas can & straps. Gas can fit nice under boss seat made for yamaha muffler. Not much louder than stock. ;)!

Where are you measuring boost, before or after carbs ?

Have had s/c oil go down to add mark on dipstick and stay there. Read some post back a ways about proper level some of the first kits running at the add mark level. Try the pill bottle trick on vent line to catch any oil blowing out. ;)!

Classifieds have some Phazer parts. If you call a dealer with the serial # they can tell you if the updates are done, ie cold start kit, tie rod ends. My Fx on trail rides needs fan also,I think mtn and gt came with fans. ;)!

Had mine there, problem was exact oposite, had rich stumble at 0 boost from float bowl signal still seeing pressure with bypass opening when releasing throttle & was told to mount on charge tube. :o|

Pilots jets are clean, I think lean problem is from vortech letting out boost and float bowls losing pressure. 20 pilots were local Yamaha dealer, in stock

Ran the sled on the trail ride this weekend. 15-20 mph at 0 boost had to keep the choke on or backfiring steady. Afr over range on Aem.Over 0 boost sled ran great. Any ideas ??????

Carbs with 125 mains.20 pilots fs @ 3turns out, needle lowest (rich.) Afr's 11 idle,17-18 @ 0 boost, 13.5 @ 2 lbs down to 10.5 @ wot 10lbs. goes very lean when backing out of throttle to vac.
