Ya I am going to run it on the mid pipe / tail pipe (No muffler). and go about a foot past the down pipe. Doing it this weekend will take some pics.

Ya that is what I was thinking Will have to run it back to make it work better. I also think it will be better to get away from the heat exchanger. So much work to do and so little time. Guys are riding already.

currently my sled has a straight pipe going from the down pipe to the stock exit location with the air fuel probe near the end of the straight pipe. What I want to do is drill my down pipe a port for my air/fuel sensor and just dump my exhaust into my tunnel right at the end for my down pipe.

Talk to ulmer racing. They own NW now and has 28's ready to go for the NW kit good for 17 LBS.

I want to remove my stock tunnel to powder coat it, what is the easyest way. I already have the supension, seat, exhaust and all the plastic for other mods I am doing. What do I have to do now.

The hauck header make the mbrp sound way better also

I have a hauck header with a MBRP silencer work really good. Very good throttle response but it is loud though.

Changing the track is forsure the best. Get a CE off an Actic Cat, 400 bucks very cheap upgrade that has to be done.

I put an Artic Cat track on and it look sweet and is stiffer but I haven't road on it yet.

Has anyone tried this and how did they like it. I think it would be a good strong upgrade to the rear supension http://www.carbonsled.com/rear_suspension.htm

What are your RPM"s When it happens.

That is what I Experienced also. It is just because the sled is so much louder that you hear the rev limiter so much more. On hard pack snow it would bounce off the rev limiter and sound like that. When it I was in powder with a good load on the sled it would not. Just watch your rpms in...

Got the MBRP on sound great. A little louder then I thought it would be. But MBRP's are always loud. Sled seamed to run great no problems so fare.

Depends on how many miles are on the sled. My first trip I had everything stock but only 79 miles on the sled and need every RPM I could get. Now that I have 500 miles and 4000 – 6000 ft setup and would try it my first day and see but bring a drill with me to take some weight out for more...
