What about moisture or something wrong with one of your coils? Had a truck with the same symptoms. and one of the coils was bad. Just a thought. Moisture is always a troublemaker, and it usually affects the wierdest, yet simplest parts.
This is for a project I am slowly working on with a newer A/C skid. I haven't quite got the positioning right yet either and this type is especially sensitive to over-tightening the track. It makes the transfer blocks hit sooner and restricts the travel. I'll get it, there are a lot of test...
Last season I was reading the forums and I thought someone said that the belt for the (I believe) 09' and newer Phazer was diffierent and better. It could(and should) be used on all the Phazers 07' forward. My dealer has two possible belt numbers and is unsure of the difference. I have and 07'...
Tracks USA suggested zip tying the track as flat as possible then run it thru a table saw. I tried this and it worked really well except at the ends where it got a little rough, but acceptable and still is over 900 miles later. Your table saw is going to take a beating too.

Never saw your post. Yes, it is a Ripsaw 1.25", got it from Tracks USA on sale. Zip-tied it as flat as possible and ran it thru the table saw (not as easy as it sounds for one person anyways). The extensions are $160 plus tax, etc. Go to oftracing.com for more info
While this is getting late in the season for doing sled mods, I just wanted to let people know if you are:
OFT Racing makes an excellant set of 136" tipped-up rail extensions. Handling on the trails is VERY close to having no extensions AND!!! you get that extra in the powder the sled...
Phazer improvements
More grease fittings
If they are not going to cover certain parts, bushings, etc., because of normal wear & tear, then make the parts a little better quality.
Better protection from the factory to prevent powder from blocking the radiator and getting into the steering...

I know Kevin at Snotech and the guy really knows what is happening when it comes to sleds. But... I think they really do more riding than wrenching. His theory had always been to ride them as they come from the factory, so if it needed any tweeking as they all do, it didn't...
