Does the sled ever feel like its unpredictable in the corner with the snowtrackers ?tippy ?
No! and No! Its as good and better then anything else I have tried but with easier steering and no darting. Go with the Aggressive carbides! I went with the semi aggressive and wish I had more. The semi's will push just a hair in real loose conditions. Turning the bar a bit more seemed to correct it, Just don't crank it unless your prepared to turn. Only had this happen couple times in 3,000 miles of riding. Lots of fresh snow and a ton of sleds in front tearing it up. Kinda semi packed but still loose crap. The guys with the aggressive said they had no push! Everyone told me to go with the aggressive and I was scared. I'm ordering a set of Aggressive for this winter. Or be like me and buy the semi aggressive get used to the steering and go damn I coulda had the aggressive setup.

Aggressive SnowTrackers all the way. Best money I've ever spent on a snowmobile accessory. Aggressive SnowTrackers will wear to semi-aggressive trackers in time.

I installed 6 inch Woodys Slim Jims on my 136" rx-1 and it was night and day better.
I was running regular 8" carbides before.
Probbaly the biggest noticeable mod gain I have done to a sled.

Go to your yamaha dealer and buy the newest tunner skis for your sled and 4 inches or less of carbides on 2 of the 4 runners, do a ski alignment, and enjoy the best skis you can buy for under 300 complete.

You will also need a bit longer bolts.

Nice !! Glad you found something that works good for you. I got a set of Simmons Flexi skis for mine which work good, but if I had to do it over again I would probably have gotten the trackers. I don't need them this year yet since we still don't have enough snow to ride.

If I didn't think they would work I wouldn't be selling them! They have worked fantastic on every sled we tested them on!

I just picked up my first Yamaha sled a few weeks back and had the same darting issues you speak of. After a ton of research I decided on the yamaha tuner skis as they seemed to have great reviews with little to no negative feedback.
The snowtrackers had fantastic reviews also, but there were also negative ones that seemed to share a common idea that under certain conditions snowtrackers could become a bit dangerous.
Anyways, being new to the sport and to my rx1 I took the "safe" route and opted for the tuner skis. Let me tell you, it was a game changer. Felt confident at any speed and eliminated the darting altogether. I've put on 300 miles so far in various conditions, and so far so good.
