That's not bad at all, I couldn't fit my hand between the cooler and the track. I did it on either the first or second ride, found it when I went to install the back ordered skid plate. New cooler and some metal work and I was not happy.

Mongo, If you don't mind how much did the repairs cost, and who fixed it?
I did it myself, and it is not for the faint of heart. To remove the cooler requires removing the rear suspension and track, which requires also removing the chain case. The bottom plate has to come off and I would guess around thirty rivits. As I remember the cooler was around $250. and the rivits nearly $50. I was able to straiten the plate which was covered by the skid plate. My guess would be the shop would take about six hours to do the job.

i wouldnt ride without one..it eliminates any seems so whatever you hit just glids from front to back of the skid plate without catching on anything.
