I did the rail extensions on my 06 Apex and went from 121-128". I went with the cobra track and studded up the middle. I didn't have a rear cooler so I cant comment on that. But- the first time out (test ride) the track/studs did come in contact and ate the snow flap bracket. I ended up bending/angling the snow flap bracket outwards or going away from the track and ended up adding a snow flap strap kit as well. I noticed on our 2010 Vector ltx gt that the rear cooler had some stud damage. We cut down some old hyfax and put the strips on the rear cooler to protect it which you could probably do the same thing. If I had pictures I'd post them but I don't. Use the search option in the Vector section for rear cooler damage and something will probably come up to give you some ideas.
Yep...I had it all go very wrong on my initial setback on my SXR. Ruined a very rare (at the time) 128" sno-x track and threw my fat a$$ WAY over the bars lol. I've got my mono extended to 128 and it works very well...but no rear cooler or studs so unfortunately I've got no useful info for the OP...just getting the old post count up lol.
