07 handwarmer up date

I have a 2006 attak and I just bought a set of 07 bars that have the sub lead will these bars get hot or is their something else I should be doing. I have read some post that say this might not work well. The dealer just had one set left from 2007. Thanks for any feed back

I would give them a try as some seem to be satisfied, while others are not. Depends on were and what conditions you ride in. If they don't perform to your liking as you've read there are other options. I would at least try them out first.

Dont waste your time installing the 07 bars.. They still are not hot..

Just install the wiring kit from the 07 bars.. it makes your old bars HOT.. you wont hardly turn them up.. I keep mine at 2-3bars from the bottom, no one in the group has hotter grips then i do..

It tried it both ways.. The update kit is just barely warmer than the 06s.. But the 07 wiring kit on the 06 bars us EXTREMELY HOT..

I have an 07 Apex and not impressed with the warmers. Seemed like they got piping hot the first day I had it out...but then the next day they were barely luke warm...strange...
I saw on here (see links below) the 07 sleds need the 06 bars...and they are good to go. The 06 sleds need the 07 harness and they are good to go.
