Are you just changing the TPS? It's only one screw on a '07. Not the easiest to get access to but not too difficult.

I'm replacing my old throttle body unit, TPS and all, with another one. How tight and frustrating is this going to be?

Should be pretty straightforward. Nothing really weird. Remove air cleaner, disconnect stuff, loosen clamps on throttle boots and pull.
