07 Phazer MTX won’t rev past 8700!!

I really appreciate the input. I have been battling this machine for 10 years. Swapped parts range from the cylinder Id sensor to coils. Fuel pressure regulator with boost reference. Mcx box. Countless tear downs and wiring checks injector function checks. I am honestly stumped. I don’t want to give up on it cuz it’s a rocket the way it is but if I get it working properly my goodness it will be a fun machine. I will look into see what a new sensor is worth or if I can find a way to test it.
