let me rephrase question what i thought to be a fusible link i think is a ground comb a yellow connector behind radiator taped in harness . connector---- 1 metal tabs looks like it got hot and the rest are a little green so i cleaned and will try to start now is this a common problem to create a no start. my first phazer and i bought it this way. i know ground combs caused problems in newer car and trucks. may be someone has ran into this problem thanks

yes that grounding block has cause problems

well i guess i will go out and see if she starts up thanks die electric grease ok i assume and 1 more question are starters common a couple of dealers near by said they have not replaced any

I dont think there is a problem with the starters themselves but more the the bolts backing out causing some troubles.
If there are burn marks on the grouding block go to the dealer for the updated one.
