My phazer turns over slow and then eventually goes dead. When I hook jumper cables up to the battery, it still does the same thing. Does anyone have any input on this? It seems like a battery, could it be a starter or solenoid thing though too? Doesn't make any odd noises or anything. Please Help.

If it cranks slow the stater solenoid/relay is not the problem.
Being an 08 I think you are clear of the starter bolt problems.
Try a different battery all together if you can and see what happens.

you could also check to make sure the belt is not holding anything up... something might be slowing the motor down with drag.

It also could be a bad connection in any of the cables or solenoid itself.Run jumpers directly to starter to check.

Although it might not be the earlier problem with the starter bolts, the starter may just be failing for other reasons. How much mileage is on your Phazer? It could just be a bad battery too.

The battery was not the problem, same exact cranking power, which is hardly none at all and then it goes dead just like it's a dead battery.
So would the next issue then be the starter itself? Let's say all of this is not the issue, is there much else it could be? Really scared at this point.

Do like I said and run jumper cables directly to starter. If it cranks fast then you have a bad connection, solenoid or bad cable

Did you run a cable directly from the + of the battery to the starter as suggested? If it still does the same thing, I would take the starter out and bench test it.
Again, what's the mileage on your sled? Also, what oil do you use? Reason I'm asking is because the wrong type of oil can affect the starter clutch.
