Ok here we go, changed oil in Nyrto this summer started it up to check oil(let it warm up a few mins.) no issue took battery out put it on charger.Changed all bushing in front end, clean it up put cover on it called it good, went to put on trailer last week cranks over fine no attempt to start at all. changed plugs, checked all fuses, checked all wires, can hear fuel pump cycle.
Where do I go from here without going to dealer ???

Did you take fuel tank off or mess with fuel lines?

Corrosion in the connectors tend to be a common problem especially after sitting for long periods of time. Remove the ECU, starter relay and the ignition switch connectors then clean each and apply anti-corrosion compound to prevent future problems. Look closely at the ignition switch and starter relay connectors they not only feed power to the starter system they also feed power to the fuel injection circuit and tend to be the most problematic. http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php?p=931403#931403

went out and checked/cleaned connection mentioned above still no go just cranking over, pulled a plug dry as could be decided to pour a little gas down plug hole turned the key and it did try to start so not getting any fuel.
Suggestions please
Thks

how full is the gas tank?maybe the fuel pick up hose fell off inside the tank?

You can swap it with the fan relay which is the relay farthest toward the rear. The only relay of the four that is different is the high/low beam relay which is the second one in.

Check the key connector if you have not already, I have seen strange problems when they get corroded.

You can pop out the plastic fasteners on the relay bracket so you can move it. You may want to run through the diagnostics. It's not very difficult to do on theses sleds. Here is the procedure: http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php?t=83992

Ok tried switching relays around still no luck, probed wires coming into relays they are good.
I will run through the diagnostics as suggested any other ideas.
Maybe I should have mentioned there is PC 5 on the sled if that makes a differences.
Thks

Found the problem I didn't ground out the pc5 when I put battery back in.
Thks again for all the help!

oops, at least it's an easy, inexpensive fix.
