Here is some feedback from my two trips to St Zenon in Canada:
Did a 220 mile trip one day with some Canadians. One guy had a 99 ZRT 600, next had an 04 REV 600 another had an 04 REV 800. After 100 miles we stopped for gas the 800 REV took 38 litres, the ZRT took 33 litres, the Rev 600 took 28 litres and the Warrior took 21 litres and this was with a lot of WOT 8)
HOW DOES THAT GRAB YOU
 8)
Raced the REV 800 on a lake 1/2 mile. Dead even in three seperate races. Hit 113 on the speedo. Next day the temp dropped down to 5 degrees and I hit 120 on the speedo in a 1/2 mile.
Only problems I had was the front end squeeking and the rear skid clunking at low speeds! Other than that the sled was awesome, and I can't stand the smell of two stroke smoke anymore  So I'm getting spoiled
Can you blame me
Also set my secondary at 80 percent twist and I liked it better (Sketr2 recomendation) Smoother transition of power, not as jumpy
I met a French Canadian one night and he had added some type of torsion bars adapted from a Cat suspension to resolve the clunking problem in the rear skid
I did not get details because his english and my french where both limited, but apparently it was added on to resolve this bothersome clunking![Oops! ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

You are not alone.. As i too noticed a squeek in the front and a anoying clunk from the rear shock full extending when hitting low speed studder bumps..
But you could have that on any sled!!![Big Grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

rear clunk
Bob Miller, If you ever find out how to get rid of the rear suspension clunk, let me know. I also have it and it is annoying. Just hope something doesn't break. A little grease or WD-40 will get ride of the front squeak. Thanks.

Simple answer: Loud exhuast! Really, either it's a lack of grease, something actually loose, or the motor is so crazy quiet that you can hear the skid working, as opposed to 2stroke sleds.
Glad to hear they're all they're cracked up to be.
