I have a 04 warrior with no spark. Last season I was driving and I kept blowing the main 10 amp ignition fuse then I lost spark totally. I replaced the stator with a good new one and had no luck. I replaced the wire harness today hoping this would fix it and nothing...Engine cranks and all grounds are hooked up. I measured the ohms resistance on the stator and it was within specs. I also tried switching the voltage regulator both grey and black along with the ECU. I did use a test light on the starter solenoid and only had 12 volts on the 1 side of the 2, 30 amp fuses, being on the right side of the solenoid. Not sure if that will lead to anything?? Any help would be great, running out of options and feel like I am throwing my money away!
