Unless its tested by an independent certified lab its snakeoil.
I hope I am wrong because I am all for more naturally aspirated power.

For everybody with the HYDROGEN theories;
This won't help. The law of conservation of energy states that it is IMPOSSIBLE. You have water. You pump in energy to convert it to hydrogen and oxygen. You burn it. This releases energy. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get more energy out of it than you put in to begin with. Additionally, you are LOOSING energy in the form of HEAT, so this whole process will actually have the REVERSE EFFECT. It won't make your engine stronger, it will make it WEAKER.
The only way you can get more power with hydrogen is if you generate the hydrogen ELSEWHERE and store it in a bottle. Then when you need the power, you dump that bottle into the intake.

Just to stir the pot a little, what about the latent energy in the H20 bonds? I'm not a chemical engineer, but IF the energy to split the bonds is LESS than the energy gained by 1) the hydrogen burning and 2) a more complete fuel (gasoline) burn, then it may make sense....
Now the rest of the mechanics of the 'potential' device still sound a little suspect, but I'm willing to see the evidence....Even if it doesn't work, it's still a good story.....

What if the engine has the capacity to produce more electrical energy than it it currently uses you should then be able to use this additional "wasted" energy without increasing the load on the engine.

Xtra energy to spare on the RX-1 is 35 Watts, how about the Apex?

Sounds intreguing indeed.
I looked into this technology once before, and although the conventional method of splitting water using electrolysis demands a signifigant amount of energy for the output, there remains the theory that water can also be split using it's resonant frequency. If such a frequency could be created, using relatively small amounts of energy (oscilation), then I can see how a device such as this would work more efficiently.

Of course I'm not the rocket scientist that LazyBastard apears to be, but that was the whole premisse behind the invention of Stan Meyers. Fraud, or not, I do believe he received several world-wide patents for his invention???
Is it entirely possible that just maybe, more than one guy invented the wheel too?

I have one of these in my Silverado ................ its called a Vortec Engine. Seriously, I think I saw a report somewhere indicating that this product did not work. Anyone else hear of this?
