I would like to get some more weight transfer out of my 2014 Viper LTX. I have read Mr Sleds write up on changing the arms and shocks out or the 141 skid into the 137. This got me thinking if the 141 would fit in the 137 chassis? The difference of the amount of track on the ground would be minimal as long as the adjusters would make up the slack in the track length difference. If not, I wonder if the rails could be modified? Or is it just better to go the route Mr Sled did?
I am going with the 1.6 Ice Cobra also.

I know the tunnel is the same on the LTX and the XTX. Not sure of the complete skid of the XTX will be to fit with the LTX track length.. it might have to be to far forward and then the rails will hit the drivers.

It should fit the problem will be the drivers. I am not sure you can get a 141" track in 2.86 pitch you may have to swap out to the xtx 3.0 drivers. I may have a set off the 14. Next then is gearing if you are stock you may not have enough hp to pull those gears and won't know until you re clutch it.

I think i would go the mrsled route and make it uncoupled 137"
