My 2015 LTX_DX starts normal, idles fine and will accelerate to about 7k rpm and wont climb any further. Feels like something is holding it back, it was a rental sled that I purchased could it be programming ( governor ) in the ECU? It has the 2019 flash. I notice the speedo hangs at 53 but gps says 70ish. I installed the TP Big Venom clutch kit this year thinking I had a clutching issue. I replaced bearings last year when I installed a new track. Could it be valves or possible fuel pump? I plan on doing the wobble bearing delete from BOP in the off season. It has 9200 miles.

Can the throttle free play adjustment have any effect on top end?

9200 miles, I plan on checking valves in the off season.The speedo not going past 53 has me wondering if it is not a bearing issue. it still has the wobble bearing.
