- 2015 Yamaha Viper MTX 153 McXpress 190 kit
So fellas, i ride a 15 viper MTX 153 with the MCxpress 190 kit.
I just got in, and jumped on the forums read up on all the issues and checked the sled completely over. OF course found some things and replaced them.
My question is about gearing, when i checked over the chain case i found a very stretched chain and a 21/41 gear set in there. So i put new gears and chain back to stock. 21/49 90t chain.
But seems to me with some research i may have kind shot myself in the foot because it looks like the 21/41 gearing is the proper set up?
Also doing stingrays reverse helix, and clutch kit.
Should i swap the gearing back to what it was??
