Has anyone been able to use a lightweight Doo track on a Nytro? We are seriously changing the rails/susp./etc. but what about pitch and drivers that are needed to drive that track?
Any input would be appreciated.

pitch is different on the single ply tracks if i remember correctly. that means new drivers. and seeing how the XP uses that hollow drive shaft finding the right pitch drivers may be hard.

Most newer Doo tracks are 2.86 pitch. They do make 2.86 driver's to fit Yamaha, Cat, pre-XP 1 1/16" shafts.

Thats not a very Durable track, so just remember that. My buddys short track 1.25 1 ply is almost junk after 2,000 miles.

if you go with a doo track, avoid slushy lake or water or bring jesus with you!!!!the multiple holes in the track make you sink like a fataly attacked destroyer........100ft on open water and you are done.
as a 16 wide track you will need to do some mods to the tunnel area, shaving or switching some bolt heads etc. but it will work...
generally, if you are getting a killer deal on the track (i.e. under $400) then go for it...if not, would suggest the powerclaw, FreeAgent is a dealer on Snowest, and can get it for you VERY reasonably!!!
it is what I have and have ridden it, and it is a great track...

I thought the new doo track was holding up very well? A friend of mine has on 08 xp Everest with the 154, and he beats that track unlike anything i have ever seen. He just doesn't care, and not one ripped or torn paddle on the thing all year. His sled turned on over 2000 miles last year lol. Track looks perfect still. Maybe the 162 is different? I don't know. But I like that track a lot. Just wish it was a 15 wide not a 16.
