2 Yamahas both no start

Well went to get sleds out of trailer. 08 phazer and 03 rx1. Neither would start. Battery? Checked. Spark??? Check. Fuel??? Oh crap, forgot to put gas back in after drained them last year!!!!!

Quick trip to the gas station for fuel and they fired right up. Lol. Both running great. Weird how they wouldn't start without fuel!

Son's Polaris started right up too!

Better to store them full of fuel, less chance of condensation.

I normally do. Usually drain and then store with non ethanol fuel in tanks. Hence, the not even bothering to check gas. Apparently, I never refilled them last spring.

Damn Yamaha's wont even run without gas !! What's next !!

I normally try to put mine away will less then half a tank and with stable in it too. The only time I ran mine dry was back in the day when I had a carbbed sled still.
