2004 Warrior electrical problems.

This guy has been having an electrical problem for some time that has cost him a bit of change and down time. He lives in the same town as me and I know my brother has tried to help him out. But its a puzzling problem that no one can figure out.

Can't find any shorts in the wire harness but it is melting components. Anyone that can help figure it out would be a godsend!
