Hey, as per my previous post, my driveshaft bearing went and while it was being replaced the mechanic started up the sled and noticed it being extra loud. Turn out i have a hole in the exhaust pipe underneath the seat. i thought i read somewhere that this was a recall or something similar. Can anyone shed light on that?

No recall. Just needs to be replaced or welded..

Was the hole visible from looking underneath with the track and skid still installed? Or was that all removed?

But does Yamaha cover any of the cost or if its out of warranty you are pretty much on your own?

I had mine welded. I had my sled on an open trailer. I dropped the rear of the suspension, and the welder had access to the exhaust. He lifted the rear of sled on a chain fall.
