I purchased this sled not running. Guy said it ran last season. Sled will no crank over. Motor turns over by turning clucth and valves are moving. When I turn key on fuel pump runs, dash lights up and when I go to start just clicks at starter relay. Replaced relay and checked all connections. Battery is good and fully charged. When dash lights up gives me a 65 code which is knock sensor .

Did you try jumping the relay terminals? If there's nothing and the battery is good (try jumping it too with a car battery or booster pack), then it could be the starter. I don't think a bad knock sensor would prevent it from cranking or even starting.

And of course check that the main ground wire to block is good. When you crossed the terminals, was there a spark? It usually sparks a lot.

Although at this age, all the defective starters should be gone by now, some may still be hanging on. Yours may be one of them if it hasn't ever been fixed/replaced.

Check the starter. My 09 rtx-xtx started fine moved it then no start. Changed battery(was not holding a full charge) then after trying to start again still no crank. Put on a hoist pulled belly pan and check for power and ground at starter, both good. Removed starter and took it apart. One of the magnets in the starter had come unglued and was magnetic pieces spread throughout the starter. Changed starter, and now it starts like at champ.(got it to start at -32C with no boost pack)
