2009 nytro hand warmer wiring code 81

Need help! installed hand warmers now throwing code 81. see pictures.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to show? Oem warmers are a 2 wire design and each side is independent. They are not wired in series.

The handwarmers i bought have 3 wires. the handwarmers that were on the sled had 3 wires also. in the picture red,white,blue are coming from existing wiring on sled. red white and black are from new handwarmers.
