2009 Phazer GT won't start

Soo...... I don't seem to have the best of luck with these Phazer motors. Lol my first post on this site was this:

I ended up getting a motor off of eBay from a scrap yard. I put probably around 1000 miles on that motor before this happened:

I finally got around to taking the head off, and putting a helicoil in it to fix the stripped spark plug hole. That process went surprisingly well other than threading the first helicoil in too far and having to remove it. Thankfully the kit I ordered came with multiple inserts so it wasn't a big deal.

Anyways, I've now thrown the sled back together, and it refuses to start. It just keeps cranking. I've tried spraying ether in the throttle bodies and I've verified there's spark on both cylinders and that the plugs were wet. I'm 99% sure the timing is correct as I still had the blown motor kicking around partially disassembled and I verified TDC on that motor based on the timing marks on the flywheel.

Anyone have any other ideas?
