So I have a 2010 yamaha nytro, brand spanking new battery but clicks when I turn the key. I've tried jumping the solenoid to see if it would crank but no crank so maybe starter too? Also has a code 37 on and found a wire that was in two, so I reconnected the wire. Still has code 37 but never got it to crank it just clicks.

I changed the starter spring time usually it would last longer than this. Last month it would crank but really weak crank so I got a new battery. This is all after connecting a bad wire by the ecu and code 37 is still thereI would guess start went.
