Stumbled across a deal I can't pass on But I'm a little concerned about the rear Mega Float shock, did some searching on this site And it sounds like that rear shock is less than desirable. Are the front Air shocks Acceptable and what would you recommend I do with that rear shock? Run it Or replace it? Sled only has 3500 miles on it.

Everyone will have a different opinion, I like Fox front shocks, add the extra reservoir's and they are awesome. Never rode a sled with the Mega float so I can say anything about them, I say try it out and go off your own opinion not what everyone else says.

My father has a 11 Se and I had a 06 with a mega float. We both had our shocks revalved and put the volume spacer in from hygear. Also had the fronts redone with the extra reservoirs, was a day and night difference. If you buy it I would definitely do the rear volume spacer, it helps a lot on the big wide rollers

I don't know anyone who likes the mega float in stock form and also it is encouraged that you carry an extra Schrader valve for it if it breaks you cant even ride the machine.

IMO
No matter what shock you have you will need to spend some coin to get where you want it. My personal experience with the Mega is not good. It requires constant setup in stock form for changing trail conditions.
Low psi allows the sled to float over the small bumps but then bottoms out hard on the large bumps. High psi to combat the bottoming out makes the sled feel like a 5ton truck.
A properly revalved and sprung Mono will give you about the best ride for the $ for a no fuss setup
