2011 Vector LTX, Code 37 HELP

I am posting for a friend, 2011 Vector ltx , showing code 37 ( cant find on list), it was in a garage when garage caught fire, all fixed (just melted top plastics and speedo), runs ok seems fine. only thing is its running a apex speedo on it, couldnt find a affordable Vector Gauge . ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

Forgot to mention, I took a gauge pod of a 2010 Venture GT to make sure the Apex Speedo wasn't causing code, got the same code 37 with it also

That's the "HELP" I'm melting code................ Sorry, I've never seen that code come up.. I'm sure some of the gang here will know the answer...MM.

In the shop manual code 37 comes up as the ISC valve ( idle speed control) stuck fully open with the symptom being a high idle. Hope this is some help.

Thanks, I was doing some reading , I dont understand why you cannot replace the ISC itself, it says you need the complete throttle body,
