I know I've read here about others have antifreeze leaking on their new machines. I noticed several drips on the frame that the oil pan cover attaches to. It looks like it's coming from behind my primary clutch. I tightened the hoses but it still seems to get drips. Any ideas? Thanks mike

Check all the hose clamps for tightness, and especially the oil cooler hose clamps.I know I've read here about others have antifreeze leaking on their new machines. I think I read in Rockerdan's build thread about it leaking in his where the hoses went through the tunnel. That could be a place to check. Although it seemed like a non-minimal job to get to so I would check everything else first.

The dealer has had mine 3 times for antifreeze leaks, and now its going back for the 4th time for the same leak. Good luck.

I have tightened my hoses because of leaks due to how lose they all were. Just when I think I got it figured out I find about 10 new drops. I guess I'm not alone on this issueThe dealer has had mine 3 times for antifreeze leaks, and now its going back for the 4th time for the same leak. Good luck.

Did you tighten the hoses going into the oil cooler ? You'd be surprised how the coolant travels from there to the clutch area.I have tightened my hoses because of leaks due to how lose they all were. I would suspect water pump seal. There is a small hole on the bottom of the water pump. It's job is to drain any oil that comes past the inner seal from balance shaft area and also any coolant that gets past the water pump itself. It's behind the primary stationery sheave. Hard to see without pulling off clutch. Maybe use a mirror to see if it's dripping out of vent hole on water pump.

Found this leaking on all of the Sidewinders that have some into my shop including my 2020. Replaced the clamps, you can get them tight enough without snapping them.
