2019 OEM clutching for 2017 - 18 SIDEWINDER

Anyone know of the OEM kit that brings 2017 - 18 Sidewinder clutching up to the 2019 factory specifications? I was at the dealer and was shown a new released kit for this. It consists of a new Helix, a new Secondary spring and new, lighter rivets for the stock weights. The new, lighter rivets go on the tip of the weights. I assume for quicker spooling and higher RPM? I was told the new Secondary spring is the same used in the Viper. Part # cross-referenced.

Not sure what angle the Helix is?

Thoughts, insight?

It is supposed to be a fix for blowing belts?
