2022 Preorder build dates/delivery dates

Noise bylaws are very strick in Ontario and Quebec so I'll be keeping mine. Oh and the fact I am in the minority that will keep the engine stock. :)

I see you are Ottawa area. Where I live there are plenty of machines with loud mufflers and next to no enforcement. Not strict at all in my area.

I also ride in Quebec start off from Montebello. But I got 4 years warranty and so I don't plan to tune it. Can't change muffler on a turbo sled without tuning to compensate is what I learned on this site. :)

Mal- I have the same STX sled pending.. I takes a lot of logistics/material to build this sled (more then usual, 2 seats etc.), and yes I sold my current sled equal to what I paid for it because I want EPS. Duress and stress come to mind when I think of Yamaha building this 2022 sled. I hoping it gets cancelled so I can concentrate on a 2023. IF offed in the middle of Dec/Jan I'm going to turn it down. I now have 80% of the dollars for a 2023. There are now 35 pages to this thread. I grew in the 70's and I've seen things manufactured under duress/stress.

I have decided to hang in there, I don't want to run off and pay too much for a used machine. I got my monies worth out of my two previous Yamahas I sure hope you are wrong about the build quality.

Thanks for the heads up on the video. Was really worth the 10min to watch. I was going to hold on and wait for my delivery anyways, but this really got me excited.

there's allot of excitement about the EPS on the 2022's. I have a 2020 stx and I added aftermarket EPS and it's great...The new EPS is the same as the EPS that came on the Ventures, having had sleds with both EPS's I like the aftermarket one slightly better because it doesn't cut out over 30mph and it takes less force to work the bars. However, the Yamaha EPS works better from dead stop turning. Everybody has their own preference and I like the aftermarket EPS a bit more. Joe

Have you watched the video of the new eps ?
Two fingers on one bar turning skis side to side at a dead stop
Vector and Apex couldn’t do that
