2022 Preorder build dates/delivery dates

Happy Thanksgiving all!! I remember the EPS on my 2016 Venture had very easy steering at dead stop and at slow speeds. The aftermarket needs a slight speed to get the most out of it. I do most of my riding at speed on my Sidewinder and you can steer with absolutely no effort...this is my finding. Both EPS's are great and reduce fatigue, I'm just saying that if a sled doesn't come with EPS there is an option on the Sidewinders and having that option may keep you in the game for years to come without aggravating bad shoulders and elbow tendonitis like I have.

Just got the call...both my LTX GT's have been pushed back to March.

Saleman told me a month ago he was 95% certain I would have it before the end of the year. Owner who called said some have been pushed back and some have been pushed up. Sad to realize rumors are true and the EPS models xould be last...but my buy date wasn't until 3/29 either.

did you get a refund yet?

Not sure that I will back out...unless I come across a '21 SRX for sale.

I was told March deliveries will be cancelled by Yamaha Canada .
Not sure about the U.S.
So it should be safe to say that no EPS models and possibly any SRX models will be delivered that were bought after 3/29 , and possibly sooner.

I honestly feel bad for the guys and girls that are caught up in all this mess. My Oldest Son is in limbo waiting for a Lynx Rave as well. It has to be shipped from Finland so it is definitely in Never-Never Land

Another person was interested in my 2022 SPS (spring) order, so I told him to visit the dealer and work out the details. Later, the dealer called me, and I released all interest I had in the 2022 sled to that other person. Regarding the deposit, the dealer said bring in the visa $250 gift card and the bag (?) (that Yamaha sends me?) and I'll give you your $500 deposit back. I'd rather not say the dealer.

I advertised the pre-order purchase because I wanted my deposit back. The dealer confirmed the sled arrival date has changed twice. It's is now scheduled for middle/end of February which probably means March, or cancellation. I don't want the sled. I'll just transfer the 2022 deposit money to the 2023, depending on when I get the Cc and the bag from Yamaha.

BTW- this a very special winder S-TX GT 146" 2-up sled (the Jared home page walkaround). There's a lot of maternal needed to fabicate this sled because I have the 2020 S-TX, so I knew they (Yamaha) would have trouble making it (uses the material of two sleds?). I just don't have faith/trust Yamaha can build this model this particular year. Will try for 2023. Good Luck with yours.

Hey everyone, new member here and new to Yamaha coming from a Polaris. I ordered a 22 LTX LE and I know there hasn’t been much talk about when the LE will be delivered. I talked to my dealer today and they stated it will be shipping the second half of December. Although I haven’t received my sled yet I have learned a lot just browsing through the forums here and can’t wait to soak in the knowledge from everyone here.
Thank you, Joe
