Ok guys now that most of us have some snow on the ground I'm looking for input from guys who are running the 225 flashes that are out there that run safe with the stock clutching and exhaust. I know there is several companies offering similar flashes so I'm not trying to start a debate on who is better and so forth. Just looking for input on if you are running a flash like this and what your thoughts are on said flash no matter who did the programming. With that said let's hear what you have to say...

I have the TD ecotrail stock muffler flash, as well as Dalton 70 gram weights .About 800 kms so far, pulls harder for sure, compared to stock 2018 sidewinder.Have not raced them yet, waiting for 2018 to be broken in and better conditions.

I installed a Hurricane 225 flash this year. Runs excellent. I was able to get 120 MPH on gps. Only 117 last year in stock form. Dave was excellent to deal with taking time for me during his off time to help me with the install.

120 kph in what the of conditions ?

120 MPH. that was on packed snow on a lake. stock track no studs.

Very nice....we know a stocker can tap 120 if all is perfect, so you are doing nicely there.

120 and over is alot harder to hit then people realize. These are not 1990s mach Zs or even APEX chassie that are far better speed chassies....this is a tall, big suspension chassie which is a great trail riding sled. For this style to get up to 120 and above, takes alot.

Ran against stock 2018 sidewinder, up to 100 kph pretty even after that my sled really pulled away. At end of about 1500 ft was 10 kph faster on speedo.Happy with tune, got me thinking what powertrail tune must be like.

Was this the race tune?

this is the 225 stock muffler tune...not race.

Keep me posted. The stock muffler flash really got my attention.

Yeah they have both now to my understanding. The 225 race really has my attention, like the idea of more power down low.

The Race Tunes are the ones to have if you like the bottom-end and mid-range power at your fingertips. They have full boost in so much quicker and make the sled so much more powerful rather than ramping the boost in slower and higher in the RPM scale.
