I just bolted it up have not ran it but with the old header leaking and being two pounds low on boost it will feel a lot faster anyway

If he made it stepped... Small/Same as port size pipe at head and progressively bigger pipe as you go out. Would be all over it. Nobody does it and it made alot of power on Cannondales and YFZ. You determine where to put the steps by looking at the heat coloration. Where color changes you make a step bigger. Oh and Titanium would be nice!

Wow! That is amazing! What material did you use? That must have taken a long time to cut all those angles correctly. Seriously though, that is impressive. Thanks for sharing!
