5th annual 2009 New York TY ride.

Hey Guys! Hope the snow is with us all this year! Steve, Did you end up buyin the next size larger bibs? All that eatin is sure to test the limits of your old bibs!! I don't want to be standing in front of you when it blows!! Could put an eye out or something!! The farmers almanac claims awsome snow this year! Ride-on! Honk

To slow

BBW the TY rides I have been on with you are great man who wants to go slow. Although RX1 man is getting old so maybe he wants to go slow lol

I might be getting old but I didn't say I wanted to ride slow. If I want to go slow I ride with my dad(he has a T660 cat) :bore: Male or female is just fine with me, just wanted anyone who joins us to know up front we cover some miles. I remember leaving out of Montague one year and having some riders turn back because of the pace. Speed is my middle name boys, I own a 150hp sled and a GSXR750 :-o

Hey guys....I'm ready for a ride anywhere and anytime. BBW has always been a good lead. I also prefer a faster pace and lots of miles. After waiting 9 months to ride you gotta get all you can when you can. Definitely can do with out "whiners" complaining about "trails to rough" or "snow to deep". And certainly don't want anyone crying when they realize they just got smoked by a Phazer!!

Keep me posted, can't wait to ride!

- Dave

07 Phazer FX, C&A Pros, Hygear Suspension re-valve and Twisted Quick Kit, many new upgrades for 2009 not yet disclosed.

Unless one of your undisclosed upgrades for 2009 is a TURBO we'll still wait for you at the end of Redfield reservoir :tg:

phazer

viperman whatcha done to your phazer ? how do you like it ? I just bought a new fx this year lookin to do some upgrades just cant make up my mind .

SRXTripman.....look at my signature for mods thus far. For 2009 I'm thinking Excell exhaust with tunnel closeoff, Ulmer clutching and Oilite front end bushing kit. Also looking at Power Commander. In the effort of sparing my wallet (5k) and my riding buddies pride and humility, I will not be investing in a turbo system (rest easy RX-1MAN). I love the FX for it's handling, suspension and lightness and the fact I've never had a sore back after a 200 mile day. I couldn't say that with my SRX or my Viper and trust me, this soon to be 46 year old back appreciates it! You'll have to make a point of riding with us this year! :yam:

well alrighty then......

Viperman I didnt even look down there , gues thats what I get for not paying attention, thanks for the invite on the ride this year , I would like to open my cabin up for refreshments if we get that way .Let me know what you think about the computer mod .

Honk...didnt your mom ever tell you not to make fun of fat people?? Especially when thier fat arse is busting right out of their bibs. Same gear..see if I can shed a few pounds before the season. I gues no more 3rd and 4th helpings for me at dinner!! hahaha.

Viperman.......you are talkin pretty big. Hope ya got a rocket pack on the back of that Phazer...lol. Looks like you have some good upgrades for the coming riding season.

Airmech..I see your looking for C&A skis.....good thing, I think RX1 Man was tired of lookin at your regular old Yamaha skis under his snow flap out on the trails.

No complaints about the rides here BBW...no complaints EVER about riding. Ridin is ridin...bumpy, smooth, fast, slow, cold, too much snow, too little snow......whatever..bring it on!! Hope I can ride like BBW when I get up to his years. the man rides like a champ!

I dont mind wives either, but like RX1-Man says..be prepared to ride!! Going fast and putting on the miles (average 150-200/day). My wife would be out in the first 1/4 mile....haha. So wouldnt even bother asking her. maybe another ride could be arranged for those who want to have their wives gf's ride (their own sled or two-up).

SRXTripman...look forward to meeting you and having you on the ride. Always a good time and a good bunch of guys.

Start doin snow dances and praying for cold weather!!

Ur definitly twisted so the kit should help you keep up At least the wait at the end of redfield resrvoir will be shorter. I hear GPS systems are cheap maybe you should try one on that phazer . Just think you can meet us at the point of destination. we wont need to go and find you

hey everybody was great riding with all of you last year. I to started a new job but its at excell motorsports so i think i could con the boss into letting me do some "testing" withyou guys. if we get snow we could evan put something together from here. than when nyattackgt breaks down we could get him fixed over nite and back on the trail.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHHAAHAHAHHAAH!! Thats a good one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL:)

excell

Hey rattler I met someone at the syracuse show , not really sure who it was but sounded pretty uptodate , I have the Mossy oak phazer , if you guys put any test and tune sesion together let me know . Hey did you guys finish all your training yet , I need some update work done ,fan , cold start isue and the starter , my sled is the 2007 phazer leftover .

Thinking about our up coming trip or trips. How would it be if we planned one down by Daves House (RX-1 MAN) BY Marathon. We could plan this one for mid-late January, and if with a week to go before the trip, if there is no snow down there, we could move it up to Tug Hill. How does that sound to everyone? I believe there is a Hotel called the Three Bear Inn. down that way that is reasonable, and we can probably get reservations at the last minute. RX-1Man can give us more information about accomodations. Then we could also do another ride in Late February somewheres else. Mapledale, a little North of Utica has always worked real good as a starting point, being able to go in a different direction every day. Or we could try a new place if someone knows the trails real good. Let us know what you think.
