Man Dave....that looks just like the ditch (cliff) you drove off of that night last season on our way back in Lowville with the whiteout conditions and poorly marked trails. Did you go back, drive your sled in, and take a pic for sentimental value? Or do ya just have a bad habit of driving into ditches? haha

That's actually a big snow drift that was over the bushes. Sank in when I drove over it. Hey Steve, don't pick on me or I won't ride with youse no more :whine:

Steve, Those pictures of Dave stuck in the bushes, reminds me of when you drove into the ditch accross from Burrows Performance last year. I still can't figure out how you got in that ditch. Another foot of snow on Tug Hill today. Dave Sigenthaler and I are going up riding tomorrow. Should have plenty of snow for the shoot-out next Friday in Woodgate. Any TY members going to the Shoot-out?

Yup we'll be there, i was up riding last weekend & the forecast looks good for the next 10 days. maybe try to meet up with TYers at the yamaha trailor 12:00 ?

Ditch across from Barrow's Performance? hmmmmmmmmmmm..dont seem to remember driving into any ditches. Not sayin it aint true though...maybe the "selective" memory thing is kickin in. haha

Dont worry RX1-Man...all in good fun! We all have our moments. And aint it great when we have a good buddy there to catch it all on camera.

Wait a minute.....was it when I was driving Honk's sled when I ended up jumping in the ditch (sled didn't go in though...yea, I sacrificed myself!!) coming over a small bridge? That is the only time I can think of.

Dave has lotsa moments! Remember last year when he tried going through a pipe and lost? Now he carrys extra kill buttons, The year before was W-arms. To bad pin head wasn't there, he coulda fixed it, in mere minutes! What ever happend to CJ anyway?

Rode Tug Hill for the fourth time this season last Saturday. Put on about 130 miles. North part was in graet shape. Smooth groomed trails, north of Whetstone Ressivor. Very Poor trails south of There. Southern Tug Hill has not even groomed yet. Plenty of snow everywhere up there, 2-3'. Redfield has already reprted over 129" so far this season. I thought for sure Steve would be up last weekend. Anyone but me done much riding yet? The rain today and the 50+ temps will sure melt alot of the snow though.

I went up last wed BBW. Trails were soupy until about noon when it got cold and they started setting up. Then was great riding. Hopefully they don't lose too much. Pluse more snow on the way this week as it is supposed to cool down.

Rode last Wednesday with my father, trails very slushy and terrible water holes several areas we went. Had to ride my dad's sled through a couple as he didn't even want to attempt it. Gotta say it was the worst 80 miles I've ever ridden. Went back up this past Saturday with Viperman and we did 120 miles, only hit one small water hole. Trails around home open tomorrow but the rideable snow we've had is pretty much gone with this warm spell!!

The only water hole I came across on Saturday, was about 1/2 mile down the trail that leaves Salmon river road by sears pond, heading toward Barnes corners. Looks like a good snow storm tonight, again on Friday, and again on Sunday, with limited lake effect after each one. Dave, Looks like down by your house there may be some sleet or freezing rain mixing in with the first two storms. It is to early to get a good handle on Sundays storm. It looks good for the near future though.

Does your dad ride a cat? Think we saw/talked to you guys at the Montague.

Yes, he has a turbo 660. If you were on the black Apex with the two other Yamahas then yes, we did speak. Sorry I didn't know it was a TY member or I would have introduced myself :o| Hopefully we will meet up again, possibly on one of the group rides ;)!

Dave, How much snow have you gotten down in Marathon the last week? I picked up 9" yesterday, and 26" over the last 10 days. Tug Hill has about 4' of snow on the ground as of today. I hope the rain on Wed, and then again over next weekend doesn't melt all the snow down your way.

We probably have 12"-18"" on the ground. Rode 250 miles the last three days. Not bad at all for this early in the season. Cornfields still suck! Some wet spots in the woods but truck trails are awesome. Some of the clubs haven't even finished signing their trails. Think I'm going to get quite a bit of rain which will probably hurt trails around here.
