First question whare is the best place to tee your boost gauge in for the most accurate reading? Mine was hooked up on the line going to the blow off about 2 inches from it. Firsttime I rode the sled it was at 8lbs I had some problems and had to take the sled back apart when I got it back together its now at 10-12 lbs but my gauge will not zero now when I turn the sled off it stays at 4lbs so I would re zero the gauge by taking the bolt out on top of my auto meter liquid filled gage ran the sled again and while cruising it was reading negitive 10 but when I got on it hard the gauge would read positive 10 lbs when I got done riding and put the sled away it sat for a good half hour and the gauge said negitive 15lbs? Do I have the pick up at a bad location or the gauge is bad? The actuator has a 8lbs spring in it with the bleed off closed.

Second question whare to start out with clutching? I plan on running 12lbs pump gas gt2871 turbo . How many grams in the primary what spring? And what sring and location and helix?

Any help would be great thanks

Wow lots of questions here. What track lenth? Liquid filled boost gauge when taken out of the shop or into the shop will require it to be zeroed with that little screw you removed. Kind of a pain thats why I went digital. At slower cruising you are making vacuum and thats measured in inches of mercury, that will switch to boost when you you hammer it. To be accurate when dialing this baby in make sure you gauge is at zero when you start. What system do you have?

144 track x 1.5 lugs about 245 1 3/4 studs. It started as a alpine but I put a bigger turbo gt2871 and pc5 with auto tune and ignition box on it.

T together all nipples on the throttle bodies,
T Your boost gauge into the middle.
Take the blow-off signal from the side of the T'ed lines, closest to the BOV.

I prefer Supertips 60Y loaded 14-8-2 (inner to Outer) may have to go up on tip weight to keep revs at 10700 RPMs if Your sled is an Apex.
Dalton Black/Green primary spring
Helix Dalton 56-46 With dalton red secondary spring at 80 degrees 6+2.

What are you seeing for engagement RPM using this particular setup using Green/Black Dalton primary spring? I assume you kept the rollers stock at 14.5mm?

Rollers 14.5mm
Engagement rpm: 4300-4400
