Is it hard to adjust the headlights on this sled? My lows seem not too bad but the hi beams shine in the sky.

There is only one adjustment and its for both beams. Its kind of a give and take thing. Take the black plastic mesh behind the gauges out and look for a yellow cap. Take that cap off and I believe its a 4mm nut to adjust the beams.

Yes 4mm fits it, CCW raises the beam, CW lowers it.
I have Rock's HID's in mine. They all do the same thing with the big spread so I altered the travel of the electromagnet inside the light. I shared this with Rock and I'm not sure if he is doing all or just by request, but the mod is available through him.

TD Max how did you do that and what did you use?
I added 2 #011 Viton orings to the unit. The image below shows 1 brown oring on what I believe you would call the armature. Sample pic:

Rock has updated hids for the vipers. he did something to stop the bulb from vibrating and he added orings like TD Max and the spreed is perfect between low-high. Highly recommend his products and his customer service is the best!

Adjustment tip: Use a short 1/4' 4mm socket and put it on the stud and push all the way on. Then use a wobble extension or a universal. You can not put it on all at once as the way the plastic is molded.

If you get one of these flex extensions it makes the job easier. I use it for all kinds of things on this sled as a lot of fasteners seem to be placed behind something else. It's also handy for getting at the chain case bolts. Of course you probably want to put a solid tool on for checking final tightness.
