with 7500 miles on my 03 rx1 er it was time for a minor overhaul.1 1/4 rip saw with120 studs up the middle, new bogie wheells and bearings, rebuilt w frame, extra wheell kit on front of the skid, and after market controll rods.the rods are adjustable by hand and are suppose to have twice the adjustment compared to the stock ones.are these for adjusting ski pressure?i have them set half way and will try them out this weekend.any tips? :?

They will help some with ski pressure but used more for weight transfer. I would suggest adjusting your limiter straps for more or less ski pressure.

why would i want more or less weight transfer for trail riding?

Depending on how aggressive you ride it could help keep your skis down coming out of a corner and give you a more contolled take off depending on conditions. Less ski lift and more traction

Yes they will help with ski pressure if that is what you want to call it,its more like it loosens your back end and tightens up the front end,bu coupling both front and rear torque arms,i had pioneer performance control rods on my 03 rx1 and i absolutely loved them, when snow conditions was lose i would twist them down so it would limit my transfer and put more pressure on the skis and losen the back, now you wont hook up real good, but it is hook up that sometimes limits you abality to turn under power, give them a try you will be a beliver, good luck. ;)!
