Am I crazy?

I have owned my 06 Apex for 5 Years...Got the itch for something new to me..So I posted my sled up for sale...Had a guy call me last night wanting to buy it..5800.00 cash in hand....Called him back 10 minutes later and told him not to come up, I can't sell the sled... it runs so well and is very comfortable, and DEPENDABLE...I am afraid of not getting another sled that is so good...Should I have taken the cash? I don't know...I was really torn on what to do...I still have his number...

I am hoping to get out this week as well. All this viper talk on here is making me wonder if I should have ordered a viper

My buddy has a 09 Nytro and I like the sled...Not too keen on the handlebar angle.. Atlantic Rec has a 09 Nytro xtx on for 6900.00....Also there was a 08 Nytro xtx in Bay Bulls on for 6200.00 Hard to know what to do..

08 xtx?? Aftermarket Track Extension?

I like my nytro but they are not without their problems. If I had to do it again I would look for a nytro that had the problems fixed for the main reason that I dont like fixing stuff. Common problems include: Subframes, Bushings, and balljoints. If I was looking for a nytro I would look for 2010 & up. 2008 and 2009 idler wheels dont have replaceable bearings you have to change the entire wheel. Most people who have 2008-09 nytros put Excell wheels on. As far as the subframe goes look for the gusset being wrinkled (circle piece between the a-arms) or look at the shocks see if one is closer to the a-arms than the other. If this is the case its bent.

Dont get me wrong, I dont hate nytros just hate the problems they have! Once you get them fixed or if someone already has them fixed they are a great sled.

Hope this helps. I have 2 buddies that have 06 apexs, one with 18000 and the other with 12000 km on it, still going stong.

I am tempted to put mine for sale but I have all the problems fixed!

lol no thanks. If I bought another sled it would probably be a viper.
