So I did my first oil change on the Nytro. Not bad at all. I have a question though... the manual says,
Fill:
• Engine oil
(with the specified amount of the recommended
engine oil)
Add 2.0 L (1.76 Imp qt, 2.11 US qt) of the recommended
engine oil to the oil tank, and then
install and tighten the oil level gauge and the
cylinder head oil filler cap.
Then below it, it says this,
Quantity:
Total amount:
3.90 L (3.43 Imp qt, 4.12 US qt)
Periodic oil change:
3.00 L (2.64 Imp qt, 3.17 US qt)
With oil filter cartridge replacement:
3.20 L (2.82 Imp qt, 3.38 US qt)
So, I add 2.11 qts. of oil in the tank, where do I put the other 1.27 qts? Do I add it to the crankcase, or all of it in the tank?

My Nytro takes almost 4 qts of oil if you also change the oil filter. Here is how I did it. I drained the oil tank and also cleaned the suction screen in the bottom of the tank and then I also removed the drain plug on the bottom of the engine, removed the filter, then I let it sit and drain and drip for a while, then install oil filter, install oil drain bolt in engine, install drain plug in oil tank, put 2.5 qts of oil in tank start engine let run for a couple of minutes shut off engine and top off oil tank level. Make sure and check for oil leaks and alos make sure that the old oring gasket on oil filter comes off with the old filter.

Thanks SSX. Since it was my end of season oil change, I just changed the oil and put in about 2.25 qts of oil in the oil tank. I didn't start it up as I fogged my engine. I will make sure to add a little more oil before I start her up at the beginning of next season, warm her up and then check oil level from there. What you do sounds a lot like what I did. Thanks again.

I'm not sure if I could handle a turbo. LOL! How reliable is the motor once a turbo is on?

From the guys I ride with in Revelstoke, seems like extremely reliable. MCExpress seems to be the turbo of choice.
May have to get together next winter for a ride.
