Not looking forward to closing off this area.... May have to do something straighter with the tube near the fuel tank.

I would close it off with Fiberglass, glue some flexible speaker grill cloth to get some nice shapes to it and then brush resin on it let it dry and reinforce it with fiber glass mat, protect everything under it with plastic.
google or youtube car audio fabrication.

I hate using fibreglass lol. I managed to close off the upper portion by the tank.

I also managed to keep the super good fit of the trail tank......

Nice !
could you take a pic. of the linkage with the skis straight.
im going to mock up a turbo plenum Before making the steering since i dont want to remake it later, have to get som tubes for that now.

whats left before first ride ?
it will be interesting to hear your toughts on it when you can compare it to a stock Nytro. i have only ridden a Nytro about a mile :)

Sled looks good, almost done!

I like the Dzus fasteners welded to the tube ;)! When I did mine (I welded 14 of them), I was a little worried about how they'd work out but they ended up working great. I wouldn't hesitate doing it again to attach bodywork.

Guess where I got the dzus idea from   it is a bit of a pain to mount and weld them but the work out really well in the end.

Need to mount the front bumper, fill with coolant, tidy up some wiring, align skis, extend the fuel level harness, extend the gauge harness and it can go out for its first ride!!!!! Almost done !!! Oh I also have to figure out what to do for a headlight lol
