Anti freeze leak number 5

I am just sad. So sad . I now have two more leaks. Anti freeze Leak number 5 is coming from the front right tunnel, I can see the hose and part of the clamp but can’t see adjuster. Any ideas? I could swear I tightened all the clamps after leak number three and four. Leak 6 is an oil leak, coming from a bolt on oil tank... you can see black gasket material everywhere but at this bolt.
I can’t take much more of this. Spent a lot of money and have a sled I can’t depend on. Good thing I kept my 850 or I’d be staying home this weekend. Anyone know how to get to that clamp? 2020 SRX

Ugh....So tired of these types of issues. I have used a HD zip tie in the past to squeeze the coolant hose on the pipe right on the rib of the of the pipe just to get it to stop so I could save a trip, then pull it apart in the summer. I'm not sure if you can access that or not. On the oil leak how bad is it? Can you ride and its just annoying or are you losing so much you will need to add?

Once you get to it, check to make sure that 3" hose isnt torn.

You get to that from the top of the tunnel. You can see it on the right side under the heat shield. Take off the plastic that covers the gas tank.

Sounds like it’s the hose in the front tunnel,

requires seat, battery, gas tank to be removed. Rocker dan did a great profile showing his adventure to fix it. I feel for you, fixed mine this summer.

The oil tank is a pathetically put together affair. When I had mine off this summer, their gasket material was so thin, no wonder it weeped oil. Cleaning it with gas, it totally dissolved - now how is that gonna stand up to oil ......pita

These sleds seem to have you on the lookout all the time if you want them to stand up. I was optimistic that Yamaha could influence cat to make better systems but i am a dreamer. They just let them slap their engine in the thing, and that was it. Having said all that, when it works it is a great riding sled.

as far as the oil leak goes, I wouldn't consider running mine with the roll over valve hooked up. not needed and I am sure causes most oil leaks. I just did the coolant hose in the tunnel and I bet yours is torn from the exchanger getting tweaked and cutting through from inside

Some guys are having that happen. If oil level is high, that can happen, or if roll over valve is faulty it can gurgle into air box. For piece of mind run a hose and by pass the roll over and no more chance of soiling the intake with oil. Also, no chance of roll over freezing and creating back pressure on oil tank

This is the hose but you can get it from the top without removing tank/seat. If you take the heat shield and pipe off before the turbo, you can see the foil tape over the clamp in the tunnel in front of the tank. Peel that back and you can see the clamp. It is tight, especially with my big mitts but you can get a wrench on her and tighten it up (ratcheting wrench makes it easier). Forget which member found this but it saved me a lot of work. Basically all my clamps on my 2020 were lose when I picked it up and this one was leaking in the trailer with 0 miles. The one for the hose on the clutch side is exposed and you can get it with a ratchet and a long extension with the side panel removed.

anyone else have oil coming out the air cleaner and dripping on the clutch?

I have had this and the line coming from the rollover is to long and being pinched off from he air filter in that air box.. I am sure its creating more pressure and pulling oil with it.
