Any running the ski stance spacers on the outside for wide ski stance?

Just wondering how many of you are running you skis in the widest setting. My C&A Pro Razors are wider than my stock Tuner skis and with the spacer on the out side my Ski stance is 49" outside to outside. Anyone know what is the widest allowable on the trail?? In Illinois on the I&M canal there is a max ski width to get through the barriers... anyone know?? Thanks..

around here it is 48" I have run mine with the simmons flex skis on the wider stance but moved them in. No noticeable diff in handling but would not fit side by side in the trailer

Just remember your posting is wrong the spacers on the outside give you the narrow stance the on the inside pushes them out for wider stance
