Stain, I am in the same boat as you. I have already paid for my updated tunes (SS) and have not yet downloaded them from hurricane.

The closed loop option is a file that gets flashed to the ecu from what I understand and makes your ecu operate in this mode. So whatever tunes you have will operate with closed loop fueling. Correct me if im wrong but this is my understanding of it. You need the aem wideband air fuel module for this to work of course. What ever tune you run will reach target afrs and I believe that target can be adjusted if for some reason you want or need something else.

That looks to be $337, plus $265 U.S. for the upgrade......so $600 on top of the flash ????
unless the price of the AFR module includes the flash, I do not know.

Afr module and closed loop flash are separate purchases. That is all that is needed unless you currently are stock and dont have a flash of any sort, then you need a flash too

Just the afr modual and software upgrade
to work with your current or new hurricane pump gas flashes you purchased
