Also interested to know about shock cost, It would be nice to have a dealer do a swap and upgrade the shocks and get some cash back for stock SE shocks. But not likely. My RTX SE is finally in. But before it comes home it's getting LE shocks front and rear. I have the color I want with the shocks I want. Picking up a week from Tuesday.
For anyone maybe considering a leftover if there are some deals to be had later in winter, the SE would likely be what is available, I assume the LE wont be able to be had.

If we get a normal winter there won't be to many left over Sidewinders. My buddy just bought a Rtx se and ran it on grass and said it's sneaky fast. He compared it to the 225 hp procross cat bone stock. Some guys are grass dragging them on Facebook and a well clutched Sidewinder with a muffler no tune was side by side with a 275 hp cat turbo that is a strong runner. This sled will be the real deal even in stock form!

Ugraded to the Kashima coated shocks that come on the RTX LEAny idea what that cost you to do the upgrade ? Going to try out the SE shocks for the first year and see what they are about. Wait I see you have a RTX what are the LE shocks you upgraded to?
About 3weeks ago Cat had a overstock sale on the Kashima QS3's. Ask a USA cat dealer to check it would be very well worth it.Also interested to know about shock cost, It would be nice to have a dealer do a swap and upgrade the shocks and get some cash back for stock SE shocks. But not likely.

Got the call today and they said my sled is in but the crate was all busted up. They were joking. Asked me when I wanted it. Suppose to go deer hunting this weekend but thinking I should go get it so I can just stare at it in my garage all weekend. No snow and the deer are in rut. Maybe flip a coin.
Get it home. Bad weather,Boredom,Shooting your deer opening day. Many reasons to leave the hunt and go home to the sled. You know you will be thinking about it all the time out hunting.

You will be thinking: if only I had that winder. I wonder how fast I could pull this deer back to the truck

Stopped and paid for my rtx le tonight bought additional warranty for 258. So I have a 5 year warranty on a factory turboed production sled !!! Dealer told me they bought the maximum amount of Sidewinders allowed and sold every one of them. They were stoked to see Yamaha come out with something that's going to make a statement.

Paid for mine tonight as well. Picking the Rtx Le at 130 tomorrow. Not sure I will be able to sleep tonight! It's been a long wait.

Uprider800 nice sled, looks like you need a snow making machine too. Lots of green grass. Looks like here in ontario (southern Ontario anyway).

Central Wi. Cut grass 2 weeks ago! No real sign of snow in sight. After the last two seasons it's getting harder and harder to be patient! Hopefully it gets cold and never lets up.
