Anybody try this to quiet the clutch down?

Yes. We had trouble making the stub shafts so we redesigned it to make the noise reduction ring to fit the stock stub shaft. It’s now been flawless for a season and it allowed us to lower the price.
thanks for pointing out the issue with the website. I’ll fix it tomorrow

Check out Thunder products they have a kit also, worked awesome on my Apex's.
Teamblue4 is correct, we have the cryogenic anti-movement washers that keep the roller pins and bolts from moving.

These are for any Yamaha primary clutch that has been manufactured without the little allen screws to hold the roller pins in place (2010 and up)

Here is a test, go out to your sled, if you can move the roller pin bolt back and forth, you should be using our TSK-545 cryogenic washers to keep the parts from moving. This also cuts down on the rattle noise.

***Important thing here it that the roller pin and bolt quit moving as metal to metal contact has really started a wear problem on the clutches I have been receiving for inspection and/or repair.***

These are $9.95 retail for the set of 3 and you can get these at the snow shows for $8.00 cash

Washers are reusable! So if you replace rollers down the road, these washers can be re-used time and time again.

Any more input of this kit on Sidewinders? Does it last? Strange that some says it makes a big difference some say not much...

JOKE!
Big fat joke!
Was 10% quieter for hour or so.

He also convinced me to buy his "Super Duper Schmidt Spring" cuz everyone else was wrong on how to tune these clutches.
Belt blew in 30 miles.

What happened to the stub shaft fix for this?

I have the noise reduction ring on my winder. It works as advertised. Still a little bit of noise but greatly reduced and find the rattle disappears quicker as rpms increase vs stock.
