Jesus i just noticed the chains on tires ....
Does that thing have a full bar and bedroom in it ? If so I want to ride with you if there is a spare bed

Yes 1/2 a bar anyway! sleeps 5 and we use An expedition diesel heater, works awesome, we pull a little trailer with genset shack and a porta potty, we drive it out to the bush in November and back in April on a special winter camping permit, the tire chains are only used for the last 30 km into the campsite and back, by far the loudest rattling I have ever experienced!

What part of georgian bay is that?

Had a great ride Saturday with my daughter running on the Bay - left Penetanguishene Harbour - crossed to Honey Harbour, over to Port Severn, up to Six Mile Lake, grabbed the C trail, crossed Hwy 400 then back down to Honey Harbour over to Midland Harbour then back to Penetang.
May be the last outing here in Southern Ont.

I was out on GB last week from 21 to 19 /C/11A /C114D, and home . Great ride ! First time on 21 and the Bay .
Was out on the the Bay yesterday afternoon / dusk , and couldn't believe the amount of open water !!!!
Had a first time water crosser tagging along , and it was unnerving to say the least , for both of us.
Thankfully we came across a local Sidewinder owner on one of the many portages , that escorted us to our destination .
Thank you, Thank you , Thank you !!!
I was already considering which cottage to spend the night at , rather than risk any more water crossings .
Dark spots are either the best ice , or no ice ! I didn't want to find out in failing light.
Heading north where the lakes are still frozen .
