Apex Summer Mod Plans - Post Em Up!

I have lots of ideas, but this is all I can afford this summer.

 

[Super Sled]

Also coming soon to Mike and Tyler's garage and to be installed on the Attak.......

-Gade-Thrasher's tunnel extension to 144" pc'd black
-Ulmer's Stealth Airbox and Excell Headers
-Gutted Exhaust
-PCIII and Ignition Module -- both tuned for this set up.
-Larger cannonballs into my Super Rat clutch weights to power this monster set up.

I'm hoping for a few HP increase from these mods with the new CR10EK plugs. Well see.

That looks DISGUSTING (in a good way). Let us know all the details when you get it up and running (where you go the pics/idea, the cost, and the difficulty of assembly). And of course we will needs vids and sound clips...

Supersled skid and sled are looking great.

Lots of work going into everyones sleds this summer. I will be ordering all my parts soon, and the work will most likely be done in the fall after camping season

ZX2 suspension, HID lights,more studs,new windshield.

Skid is all done just waiting for the shock to get back. Skid dipped in a flat black new bushing and hifax after 6200 miles.

Atta boy Apex 06..... I knew we could get you in the modding mood this summer! Admit it, your a sled junkie too, and when it's summer and no snow, it's time to mod 'em up to feed the cravings to ride!!!!

Yeah it was bugging me sitting in the shop, and it has yet to be nice out longer then one day here to get the bike out. Lol but I think I may have started something I can't stop.

Well I finally got my wife's sled back together. So now its time to start buying parts for the Apex.

1. Beef up the skid
2. New track
3. Relocation of the cluster
4. Something different with the headlight
5. Oilite bushings
6. Avid Extro's / Shaft
7. New Hyfax
.... and if money permits yosh pipe... But thats at the bottom of the list.

That should make my Attak gt just about perfect after all I did last year.

Paint the tunnel, new track. That's it for me right now.

Ok this didn't keep me happy, like normal over kill is more fun. Lol. New light weight items add( light weight steering shafts, battery,) and maybe a MPI super charger but will see after haydays. And added more vents and made some bigger.

pc5 is in and so is air box mod for my '11 along with the late mike brodas insane clutch set up on my 2 speed clutch kit. dont need much more
